How does Royal Fins Aquatics Registration work?
A yearly registration fee is applicable. Royal Fins Aquatics swimming is perpetual, monthly enrolment. Students remain enrolled month-to-month for year-round swim school instruction. Swim School tuition fees are recurring and billed monthly for the lessons of that month. Fees are posted at the first of each month.
I need to reschedule my child’s class. How can I do this?
Can I request a certain instructor?
My child was sick. Can I get a refund or credit?
Royal Fins Aquatics does not provide refunds, credits or make-up lessons for classes missed due to illness, injury, holidays or other reasons missed by the swimmer.
Does my child have to swim throughout the winter and what are my options?
No, there are two options available to you:
Option 1 – Holding fee: This is 50% of the normal monthly fee for the months of June and July and will guarantee your swimmers time slot and space when they return in August.
Option 2 – Notice: You can give one month notice to stop during the winter, your swimmer’s timeslot and space will not be guaranteed. Upon returning the registration fee will apply.
How do I withdraw a student(s) from monthly enrollment at Royal Fins Aquatics?
To withdraw a student from the Royal Fins Aquatics program, families must send an e-mail to royalfins@hotmail.com by the 15th of the month to be withdrawn at the end of that month. Withdrawal notices should have the student name, class day and instructor name as well as the reason for program withdrawal. Withdrawal requests received after the 15th of the month will take effect at the end of the next month.
We are going on vacation. Can I pay only for the classes we will be attending?
No! Royal Fins Aquatics does not provide credits or make-up lessons for classes missed due vacation or to other activities.
Please remember that membership fees at Royal Fins Aquatics are payable every month even though you do not attend lessons.
